About This Statement
This statement explains how Pracord handles information connected to the app. Pracord is designed as a private music practice utility for recording repertoire, practice sessions, review progress, notes, optional photo context, optional voice memo status, and Coin activity.
Information Collected
We may process information you choose to create or provide in the app, including local account username and display name, repertoire titles, instruments, composers, difficulty, practice status, practice duration, practice type, proficiency level, written notes, photo attachment status, voice memo status, review results, Coin balance, and purchase history.
We may also process technical information needed for product operation, including device information, iOS version, app version, notification status, product identifiers, App Store transaction identifiers, signed transaction data, diagnostics, network state, attribution data, and app usage events.
Permissions
Camera access is used only when you choose to capture a practice-related photo.
Photo Library access is used to import existing images or save exports when you request those actions.
Microphone access is used only when you choose to create or manage practice voice memo content.
Notification permission may be used to send practice reminders, repertoire review reminders, or service messages when enabled by you.
Tracking permission may be requested so attribution and analytics providers can help measure app installs, events, and advertising performance. You can allow or deny this permission in iOS settings.
Reasons for Use
We use information so the app can save and display your practice records, manage repertoire, calculate statistics, schedule review reminders, process Coin recharge purchases, restore or verify App Store transactions, prevent duplicate purchase fulfillment, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, answer support requests, and protect service integrity.
Storage and Sharing
Practice records, repertoire data, local account information, settings, Coin balance, and purchase history are primarily stored locally on your device. Some purchase, attribution, analytics, WebView, or support-related data may be processed by Apple, AppsFlyer, operational vendors, or connected service pages when those features are used.
We do not sell user data for marketing. Limited disclosure may occur to service providers that process information on our behalf, to comply with law, to complete purchase verification or fulfillment, or to protect rights, safety, and service security.
Local Account
Registration and login use a local on-device account system. The app stores your username, display name, sign-in state, and a password hash on the device. The app does not require Apple ID sign-in and does not receive or store your Apple ID password.
Purchases and Coins
Coin recharge purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit. The app uses transaction information to add Coins to your wallet and avoid duplicate fulfillment. Coins are used for optional in-app tools such as report export, repertoire expansion, voice memo allowance, and extended statistics. Purchase records may be kept locally for balance history and transaction recovery.
Analytics and Attribution
The app may use attribution and analytics services, including AppsFlyer, to understand install sources, campaign performance, app events, and service reliability. Tracking permission is requested where required by iOS.
User Controls
You can sign out or delete local account data from the app where available. Deleting local account data clears repertoire, practice sessions, Coins, and local settings on the device. iOS permission settings can be changed in the Settings app. App Store purchase records are managed by Apple and may remain available through your Apple account.
Younger Users
The service is not designed for children below the required age threshold in their jurisdiction. If we learn that prohibited information from a child has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to address it.
Revisions
We may revise this statement as the product evolves. When material updates are made, the revised statement will replace the prior version in the app or on this page.
