User Terms

Introduction

These user terms apply when you download, access, or use Pracord. By continuing to use the app, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

If the terms change, the updated version will apply from the time it is published or otherwise made available inside the service.

What the App Provides

Pracord provides tools for recording music practice activity, including local account registration, repertoire management, practice session logging, notes, review reminders, local statistics, optional photo context, optional voice memo context, Coin balance, and StoreKit recharge features.

The app is intended for personal organization and music practice habit tracking. Materials shown through the app are not professional music instruction, audition advice, health advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of performance improvement.

User Materials

Content that you input, upload, save, record, or transmit through the app remains under your ownership. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, reproduce, display, verify, and transmit that material only as needed to operate the app and connected service functions.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of your own repertoire, notes, practice records, photos, voice notes, and other materials. We recommend keeping independent backups of valuable materials.

Local Account

The app uses a local account system on the device. You are responsible for choosing appropriate login details and protecting access to your device. Local account deletion removes local app data on the device but does not remove App Store purchase history managed by Apple.

Coins and Recharge

Coins are an in-app virtual balance used for supported optional tools, including report export, repertoire capacity, voice memo allowance, and extended statistics. Coin packages are purchased through Apple StoreKit and fulfilled after the App Store reports a verified transaction.

Coin balances have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may only be used inside the app where supported. Refunds, billing disputes, and App Store purchase records are handled according to Apple's policies and applicable law.

Rules of Use

While using the app, you must not:

• submit illegal, abusive, threatening, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material
• misuse the service or attempt to bypass purchase, security, sign-in, or access controls
• access data, accounts, systems, or service pages without permission
• interfere with App Store transaction processing, attribution, analytics, or WebView service functions
• use the app in a way that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the service

Proprietary Rights

The service and its original software, interface design, visual assets, product names, and related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. Use of the app does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

Service Disclaimer

The service is offered as available and without warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, accurate, secure, compatible with every device, or free of defects.

Damage Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the service, your records, purchase processing, data loss, sign-in availability, or inability to use the app. Where exclusion is not legally possible, liability will be limited accordingly.

Claims and Reimbursement

If your misuse of the service or breach of these terms creates claims, losses, or expenses for us, you agree to reimburse us for the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs to the extent allowed by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may limit, suspend, or end access when necessary to protect the product, our users, our partners, purchase systems, sign-in systems, or legitimate business interests.

Final Provisions

These terms work together with the privacy policy and form the complete agreement related to the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest will remain effective.
